Overview

• Enjoy Complimentary Concierge Services from our Guest Experience Team, offering arrangements for Airport Transfers, Ski & Snowboarding Essentials (including Lift Passes, Lessons, and Equipment Rentals), as well as various Snow Activities.
• Upon arrival, guests will find complimentary essentials: tea, coffee, sugar, body and hand soap, conditioning shampoo, dishwasher powder, laundry powder, tissues, and general cleaning supplies.

Children & Extra Bedding

• Guests aged 6 years and older count toward the unit’s maximum occupancy.
• Children aged 5 and under may stay at no additional charge when using existing bedding. We recommend cots for infants and discourage sharing existing bedding with adults, as well as exceeding occupancy limits.
• Baby cots/futons are available for children 5 and under at JPY 5,000 per child per 4-night stay. High chairs are available at no charge with advance notice.
• An additional fee of JPY 12,000 per night applies for each guest aged 6 and above exceeding the standard occupancy, with extra futons provided in living areas due to space limitations.
• If an additional guest stays only part of the reservation period, the fee applies to the entire booking duration.
• Up to two additional guests are permitted per unit.

Bedding Requests

• Bedding configurations are adaptable per room, with twin setups provided by default unless otherwise requested in writing at least one month prior to arrival.
• Last-minute requests or adjustments upon check-in may incur a JPY 5,000 fee per bedroom.

Housekeeping Services

• Light Cleaning is provided every second day, covering general room tidying, towel replacements, and trash removal.
• A Mid-Stay Clean is conducted every fourth day for stays exceeding five nights, including full linen changes and vacuuming.
• Please ensure all dishes, glassware, and cookware are clean at check-out; additional cleaning fees may apply if further tidying is required.

Check-In & Check-Out Details

• Check-in is available from 3 PM at Fenix Furano. Please bring copies of passports and a credit card for the security deposit.
• Check-out time is 10 AM; all belongings must be removed from rooms by this time.
• No late check-outs during Peak Season. A late fee of JPY 15,000 applies for check-outs up to 12 PM, with a full nightly charge applied for later departures.
• Requests for early check-in or late check-out are subject to availability on the day of arrival or departure.

Guest Responsibilities & Policies

• Guests are responsible for any damages to the property, including rooms, communal areas, furniture, keys, and fixtures, during their stay.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited within the property, including balconies. A violation results in a JPY 50,000 fine, with additional charges as necessary to mitigate smoke odor for subsequent guests.
• Pets are not permitted on the property or in vehicles on the premises.
